On this International Women’s Day, I want to highlight attention on the importance of regular physical activities and health awareness for women.
Women all over the world have come a long way, constantly breaking the glass ceiling, distinguishing themselves in various fields. However, they generally tend remain nonchalant about their health after a particular point of time.
There just doesn’t seem to be enough time to accomplish everything. And by trying to play too many roles for achieving an A+ in every aspect , they forget to realize, that there exists another relationship, with yourself!
No matter how hectic your routine is, cut yourself some slack and create time for your own fitness regime and healthy habits.
Family and the society must also support and encourage more women to take up fitness activities. But, the most important freedom is to be what you really are…There cannot be any large-scale revolution until there’s a personal revolution, at an individual level And, It’s got to happen inside first!
So ladies, Push yourselves out of the bed, Put on your shoes and kill it on the run!
